78% of those surveyed preferred using process servers over sheriffs.

The survey participants found that process servers were 92% more likely to successfully effectuate service.

68% of those surveyed found the process servers to have better knowledge of the laws (versus 29% who found no difference and 13% who felt sheriffs knew the laws better.)
